Released in March 2022, the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 Max wireless gaming headset can be identified by model number **TBS-2360** (varies by platform and color).

Turtle Beach Headset isn't turning on

My brother ripped ou the microphone wires so I thought I would try to just replace them. In the middle of the process I tried to turn the headset on but with no luck there was no power. I tested the battery and its still good. When I try to charge it, no light shows. Any idea what is wrong? I have not resoldered the mic to the board yet.

@greenhusky check the black wire on P4. It does look like it has been damaged and may no longer make a connection. I would unsolder it, cut 1/4' of the length, strip the insulation and resolder it.

Thanks for the suggestion, but even after reconnecting the wires and adding the mic wires, there is still no power

@greenhusky time to follow the power traces on your circuit board. Use a multimeter and just follow the traces from the battery and see if there is a place where you just have no more power. Multimeter in VDC (like 10VDC) Black probe to Negative and keep probing the traces for the Positive connection with your Red probe.
