Hisense 65U8G Only Shows Logo Screen; Can't Do Anything Else

Hello!

I was hoping to get some direction in how to fix my Hisense 65U8G tv. The first thing I noticed was it skipped or froze watching Netflix but also occurred with Prime.

Then I turned it on one day and the logo screen ("Hisense" & "Android TV") showed, as it does sometimes after there is a power blink or is unplugged. But it normally goes to the menu after a few seconds.

Now, it ONLY shows the logo screen and it will not do anything else from the remote or even if I push the power button on the tv itself. I have done all the fixes that Hisense said to try as well as suggestions online. Even the hard reset button on the rear does nothing. I can't reinstall the firmware because it never goes past the logo screen. Only way to turn it off is to unplug it.
