If the EFI fuse blows it could be a wiring problem e.g. wire touching the chassis or a faulty component e.g. EFI relay, fuel pump relay, idle air control valve, faulty ecm etc.

Here's the wiring diagram for a 2004 Corolla showing the EFI fuse circuit that may help.
