DeWalt DCB080 8V MAX Lithium Ion Battery won't charge
I left my battery in my DCF680 Cordless Screwdriver. I usually take them out when not in use. It bumped against something in my toolbox drawer (drill drawer) and turned on, which drained the battery to the point where it doesn't have enough juice to signal the charger to charge the battery.
I don't have a second battery to use to jump the dead one (as I've seen on YouTube with the 18V and 20V batteries).
Any thoughts...maybe using an couple of AA batteries to give the DCB080 enough charge (juice) so that the charger recognizes that the DCB080 is wanting to be charged?
Thanks from the Cheapskate
