Why is my Lenovo's display not working

First time this happened and the screen just went black, Laptop still working on background but the screen is black, the Charging light is on, Esc light is on and the power button light is on. It seems to be working but the display isnt it's just literally a black screen. I've tried every easy step youtube tutorial on about this problem and nothing seems to be working, please help...
