I cleaned my laptop and went through all the basic procedures. Remove battery, remove fan cable.
After I finished cleaning I went on and installin everything I removed in exact order and when I try to turn on my laptop, it powers on and blue light stays idle like normal but no display is showing and suddenly the light flickers.
What should I do?

An easy starting point to try is to unplug the charger and hold the power button down for 30 secs then turn it back on and see if this helps it to move along
If that doesn't work, it may be that while disassembling the laptop, you have inadvertently disconnected the screen. To test if this is the case, could you try connecting to an external monitor?
