What's wrong with my screen

Those lines indicate either a firmware issue or a bad connection at the ribbon cable running to the screen. You can try a "hard" reset of the head unit (look in your owner's manual for the correct way to do this) but the screen will likely need to be professionally repaired or replaced. You might be able to find a replacement screen and install it yourself but that won't guarantee a fix for the problem.
