My Acer Aspire E1-531 suddenly won't power on?

I have the same fault my acer E1-531 will not power up was using it had it plugged in as it said battery low then it alll went off, got a new charger no good used a different one got the blue light to come on blinking for 5 times but no start up tried all the battery in out push start 1 min no good, I’m in dire need to get the stuff off this anyone can you help
