@rubybradford
What is the model number of the refrigerator/freezer?
Can you hear if the compressor motor is running or not?

Hi @rubybradford,
Is the compressor motor running, you never said whether it was or not?
What is the temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments?

Clicking might also be the fan trying to start and failing. If the fan isn't moving hot air away from the coolant loop, the fridge will be far less efficient but still be a little cool. You'll also still hear the compressor kick on.
If thats the case, you can fix it temporarily (or even semi-permanently if this is a garage fridge or something) by putting a small house fan behind the fridge, oriented the same way as the broken fan (probably pulling air out). Even a small, badly positioned fan can have a huge effect on the interior temperature.

Ruby - you need to do a little more troubleshooting and post what you find.
What is the temp of the freezer and frig?
What do you hear besides the clicking?
What is the frequency of the clicking - clicks/sec or /min or whatever?
Any information from the display?
