I recently bought a 1994 club car ds 36 volt and after replacing all batteries with new gel batteries i only get a click with no movements. I think ive tested everything except the controller can someone tell me how to do this

Go to p.203 (3 of 50 pdf) to see what to check when the symptom is vehicle will not run - "solenoid clicks" and then scroll down to find the relevant test procedures.
Unfortunately I couldn't find Section 20 for the motor and is not included in the above particular section of the repair manual.
