Vérifiez le papier, et l'unité de chauffe. Sans connaitre le modèle il est difficile d'aider davanrtage

@dodi78853 you've checked that you have the right paper and that you indeed have thermal paper installed in the right orientation. A quick check for that is toi scratch the paper with your finger nails. If it leaves carbon marks it is thermal paper.
