My Steam deck won't output video on external monitor

After repasting my steam deck, I'm not able to output video or sound on an external monitor I tried many HDMI cables ans TV's the result is the same.

I even brought another dock but still the same problem

The docks work great I'm able to connect HDD to transfer files etc but output video doesn't work I tried to reset the bios, delete game scope files and so on but to no result.

The console works great I just would like to get this problem solved.
