Screen won't wake up after sleeping until force restart

Hey bro i have an iphone 11 pro got its screen replaced a 2 months back and now after some time i leave it its display wents black but the phone works and after force restart it goes back to normal ,but note nothing happens while i am using it whenever i leave it and after some time i look back at my phone to use it it does this thing i thought it was the battery but it isnt i replaced it a week ago ,Note that my phone is fine while i am using it its screen only goes black when i dont use it for some minutes,Also i data analyzer says nand or CHarging flex or power button flex is the issue
