My new screen isn't working

Hi, I'm replacing my Pixel 7 screen with the ifixit kit, I'm plugging in the new screen to test it but it doesn't work. My phone has enough energy to vibrate and it should display something. The flex cable is fine and lock in place

Some more context might help. Why did you replace the screen to begin with? Does the old screen work if you reinstall it?
