Please confirm the make and model number of your laptop and also what OS is installed in the laptop i.e. Win7, Win8.1, Win10 etc/
Do you wish to reset it and not lose your personal data that is stored on the laptop or do you want to have a clean install i.e. Windows is reinstalled?
