14" display with Intel Core i5 business laptop, released in 2012. The full model number is R940-S9421.

My power button doesn't work because of dirt build-up.

How do I get to the power button and clean it out. I've tried blowing it out with compressed air so my only choice is to open it.

@macro_man use the guides from here Toshiba TECRA R840 and videos like this to get into it. If you get stuck somewhere, post some pictures with your question so we can try and help you further. The power button itself is actually mounted on its own circuit board and you should be able to remove that complete assembly.
