Hi @briantrompeter
Two options to try.
1. Perform a power reset by turning off the breakers or removing the fuse that supply power to the dishwasher, in the house power box, wait 5 minutes and then restore the breakers (or replace the fuse) and check if it now works.
2. If still no good turn off the power to the dishwasher and pull the dishwasher forward from under the countertop far enough that you can tilt it backwards from the top so that the water drains from the tub.
Stand the dishwasher upright again and then turn on the power and check if it works.
If it does then it may have been a sticking water level pressure switch. Something to keep an eye on if it happens again

@briantrompeter
Does this happen when the dishwasher is running a wash cycle or when it hasn't even been started?
Is it an intermittent problem or is it that the dishwasher doesn't work at all?
When it doesn't work is there still water present in the bottom of the dishwasher?

We noticed the problem several days ago when the bottom light kept blinking blue. We haven't been able to use the dishwasher at all, as the control panel won't light up or respond. There is water up to the top of the cylindrical filter at the bottom, but no visible water when you open the door.
