Why won't it turn?
To start I had sprayed 91% alcohol on the fins inside the drum that breaks up the clothing. Slightly.. also some vinegar was added to the mixture. My dryer has been working. After I turned it off and had already sprayed it while it was turning and working properly it then refuses to now turn and I can't turn it myself either it is stiff. Have I added too much alcohol and if so how can I unstick this? I don't want to add oil into the dryer itself to be blown around because it won't functionally work that way anyway. Is there a place I can spray WD-40 inside the dryer drum fitting that I can reach from the inside or do I have to open up the outside? Is there another way besides this?
Thanks

If the dryer makes any noise when you push the start button but the drum does not turn, the most likely cause is the motor start capacitor. Be certain to discharge the capacitor with a piece of insulated wire or an insulated tool and touch the + & -- terminals at the same time.
When you remove the wires from the capacitor, use pliers to grip the top of the connectors (the metal part where it's crimped), because pulling on the wire can cause the wire to break or pull out of the connector when the insulation stretches.
