Lightning often damages one or more subsystems of a computer if you haven’t used lightning and surge protection power outlets. But they won’t help if the electrical outlets as well as the buildings ground service is not present and in good shape.
The first area to be effected is the power supply, but the main logic board can also be damaged as lightning can find its way in via a connected AC powered printer or external drive and then you have the Ethernet network and your internet router that can get hit injecting the harm into your system.
You really need to tell us if you are getting any response from the system at all. As you didn’t tell us your exact model we can’t offer must more as some systems have onboard diagnostic LEDs which might tell us a bit more.
