What Brand of Ram does the Mac Mini come with?

I'm looking into purchasing a mac mini. The difference between getting one with 4Gb ram and 8Gb is over $200. From what I can tell, I can purchase 2x4Gb PC3-10600 1333Mhz for around $60-70. I've seen that most people are recommending Crucial, but what brand exactly comes in the mac mini? Does the brand make all that much of a difference? I usually go for Kingston, Samsung or Crucial...

Mine came with Samsung. I replaced it with 2 - 4GB Kingston PC3 10600. I have not had good luck with Crucial.
