I can't connect anymore

I open the computer, the internet logo appears as normal but then it systematically disconnects. I tried in different places (work, home)

I also tried to tun the troubleshooting and it fixed it for about 20 secs , then disconnected again

How is the PC connected to the internet, WiFi or Ethernet cable connection?

If by WiFi can you try using an Ethernet cable connection and check if the problem still occurs?
