My right trigger doesn't work at all.

Although it's not alot, here's all of the information I've got on this issue:

It can not be a software issue, I've tried reimaging.

trigger_cal always results in it being 1700, 1000

The issue started off with full presses not working before evolving into this.

The trigger mechanism uses a Hall Effect Sensor. Which detects the presence (or absence) of a magnetic field. What values does the left trigger give when you calibrate?

This could be as simple as an alignment issue to be honest.
