Here's a service summary sheet for the model series that may help to find the adding water during the spin cycle problem.
Check how to get the detailed fault descriptions stored in the machine as shown on p.3 to hopefully find put what's wrong.
If you find the problem is due to a faulty part that needs replacing search online for GWL11US parts to find suppliers (examples only) that suit you best.
I'm not sure if it applies to your model but with my F&P washer (different model) when dealing with a parts supplier it turned out that not only was the F&P washing machine model number required but also its product number (found on product label on the back of the machine) as the parts can be different between the same model machine which have different product numbers. Just something to be aware of when ordering parts.

Model GWL11US.
The water is coming in from the hose that is located at about 2 o’clock under the first white circular plastic piece as you lift the lid on the top loader.
