My phone can't recharger battery

Your model is around 8 years old and if you have never replaced a battery then it is more than likely the battery can no longer accept or hold charge and needs replacement.

If it has been replaced then you will need to check the charging port for a buildup of dirt/fluff or grime that is stopping the device from charging, you can find instructions on YouTube for how to clean charge ports for your device.

You should also try another cable if you have access to one and or check voltage output on the cable end to make sure that power is being delivered to the charging port.

If you still have charging issues after confirming the above you may need to replace the charging port or have the phone assessed at a repair shop to determine the cause and fix required for the fault.
