My Cosori air fryer turns on but the fan doesn't

I have the machine open and I hear a double click when I turn it on, the heating element works and then a single click when I turn it off. The fan doesn't engage at all. I read that something like the heat fuse could be causing this but I really don't know how to test this. Any help trouble shooting would be appreciated.
