The third revision of the classic Xbox Wireless Controller was released in November 2020, bundled with the Xbox Series X and Series S. This controller is backwards compatible with previous Xbox One consoles, and PCs.

LT won't work after replacing the analog sticks.

Hi. I just replaced both analog sticks, I had actually done it before. But this time after replacing, the LT appears to be pressed down. It's not the sensor sense I tried to switch them and the sensor works on the RT. So it's not the sensor, I don't know if it could be a trace that got damage or something. But not having schematics available is complicated. Does anybody have any advice or suggestion?

The best thing to do now, is to take the motherboard out and make some pictures. Maybe we can see if something is damaged or not.

I'll do that. Thank you

Ok. Im uploading the pics. But before hand what I'm gonna say. U.might see that I did a fix to one of the traces that connects the sensor. What happened was that after reconnecting over and over the sensor, suddenly that trace ripped, but it's fixed, there's continuity.. and I had the issue way before that happened to the trace. . As I had said it happened after replacing the sticks.

Yeah, I do see the repaired traces and they do look fine. Must be something else. I’ll try to find some schematics. You do need those in order to see what you need to check on the motherboard.

I was able to find this. But apparently this schematic is not oficial.
