white spots under the reitna display

There are white spots under the retina display which are making my screen weird.Please help me to solve this problem..the white spots are shown in this video..the link is

Hi there dipen, the video seems to have been removed or I can't access it from the UK, white spots are usually a sign of previous liquid damage if that helps at all.
