@maviskankam you need to start with the basics. Things like
- Restart your phone.
- Check your volume settings. Make sure that your phone is not in silent mode.
- Clean the speaker grills. The speaker grill on your phone can get clogged with dirt and dust, which can block the sound.
- Check for update of your phone's software. IF there are any updates, proceed to install them. Tecno may have found a software issue that will be resolved with an update.
Now, if none of that made a difference and if all of your software settings are properly set to support sound, then the issue could be a bad speaker.
Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video to work on your phone.
