GoPro 7 Black doesn't turn on

I thought the battery was undercharged, so I bought a new one, and still doesn't charge.
I tried different cables, including the original one;

I tried different chargers, including some with 2 A charge

I tried to install manually the newest firmware, but, as it doesn't react to the charging of the usb port, it's dead, nothing happens.

I will leave it charging the whole night and see if it helps...

I don't know what else to do. Actually, the device is nearly new. I hardly used it for years. That's why I thought it was the battery.

Any tip?...

Try resetting the camera by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. When you have the camera plugged in does the red LED come on to indicate that it is charging?

Thank you for your answer. I forgot to say it. The red LED doesn't switch on when plugged. The device doesn't react. And unfortunately I already tried resetting it doing what you said several times.

@pikola Try plugging the Go Pro into its charger, removing the battery, and holding the power button until it comes on (it should turn on in less than 10 seconds). If it doesn't turn on there might be something wrong with the main circuit.

Thanks again. I've tried it. Exactly as you said, and the camera doesn't react. I don't understand how the electronics of the camera can get damaged by not using it... really weird.

But I have to say. It never worked properly. I think it came with a production failure, which I originally associated to a firmware issue... no idea...

My mistake not returning it back on time.
