MBP doesn't recognize power supply

Hi,

I'm new here and haven't posted anything so far. I really hope someone can help me to figure out what the most probable cause for the fault is.

When I plug in the USB-C cable (in any if the 4 ports), none recognizes power supply.

The power supply / charging adapter is working fine on my other mbp. So it's not the cable or charging adapter.

I bought this mbp as refurbished and it came with a 3rd party charger. Recently the charger got really warm and since that day charging became more and more problematic. It sometimes worked in the beginning but now it's not working at all. Is there such thing as slow dying circuits. I am assuming the charging circuit on the logic board has a problem and was damaged by the 3rd party charger.

Is there a fix for this? Do I have to replace the complete logic board?

If anyone can help it will be highly appreciated.

if you can buy a usbc amp meter like the 1 in the link, it will show what voltage and current its taking if any.
