@ziyadalhussin that may have to do with your display. Connect an external monitor via HDMI 2.0 cable and you could (not should), get it to 144Hz or at least 120Hz
@ziyadalhussin yes, I figured. That is why I suggested to try an external monitor and see if you can then change the refresh rate. I don't think your laptop display can change the refresh rate. The MSI GF63 Thin comes in two varieties. The 144hz and 60hz since you can't change your refresh rate, you most likely have the 60hz variant.
