My hall effect joystick isn't working.
My hall effect joystick is drifting to the left. I already emailed support, is there a fix or just hope for replacement?

You are going to have to provide a device make and model for us to be able to guide you, but usually a replacement of the hall effect gimbal will solve the issues you have stated.

@remingtonbuck we really need to know the make and model of your joystick. Which "support" did you email? What was the response?
Even Hall effect joysticks can develop drift. It's just a different cause. Here it's not a worn out potentiometer but the possibility of a weak spring on the inside of the stick. With a Hall stick you also need to make sure that you have a fully charged good battery

I think I still have all of the boxing where would I find the make/model?
Also so far support just asked for my order # but I'll keep this updated if they add anything. Also it was definitely charged, that was my first response.
@remingtonbuck was it iFixit support that you contacted? Not sure where you can find the make/model number. If in doubt, just take pictures of the boxes so we can help you identify your controller.
