My Samsung ue58tu690k5 won't start.

Hello, I have my Samsung which does not want to start, it is stuck in a boot loop.

I saw that this was a common thing with the T6/7/8 series, but I would like to know if there is a solution rather than throwing it away.

I also noticed that the problem came from the LCD panel, since when I unplug the cable from the panel, the TV is no longer in a loop.

so I inquired and apparently the problem came from a short circuit due to the ck? drivers.

Some people advise putting a piece of tape to block certain pins, I tried, but the most I got was to come out of the loop with a black screen.

does anyone have a solution?

@oldturkey03 so I managed to target this area.

When I put the tape here, the TV starts, I have the sound but no image. If I remove the tape the TV no longer wants to start and gets stuck in a loop.

I would really like to find a solution since it would really bother me if I had to throw it away.

I saw a Spanish video of someone fixing this problem. But since I don't speak Spanish I really didn't understand anything he said. I don't know if that can be a solution. The video was this: https://youtu.be/5PPPeFjplIU?si=a1BNjNzc...

Here some pictures of my boards

@oldturkey03 I did another test.

By putting tape on this cable, and raising the first one. I get this white screen, with sound.

I tried putting a smaller piece and I got that. I don't really know what to think about it.

@delfyr since you've already tried a tape off the chances are slim. The only thing I would try is to check the main board and possibly replace it if a new one can be bought for a decent cost. Post some pictures of the boards and where you did the Tape-Off, maybe we can see something that may have been overlooked. Adding images to an existing question

Let us know how many pins at a time you've taped off to give it a try.

@delfyr I agree with you. I do want you to fix your TV and not to Bin it. I totally dislike to throw stuff out beacuse of things like this. At this time I suggest you leave the tpe on those two lines and try a few more besides those two. Let's see if that change anything. The Tape off only works about 70-80 percent of the time, so we still have hope :-)

Let me see if I can figure this video out since I have a lot of native Spanish speakers around me :-)

Don't get frustrated and don't give up. Sometimes things just take a little longer.

@oldturkey03 Thank you very much, I hope we can find a solution!

@oldturkey03 Well, I've tried different pins and so far none gives me an image. apart from the screens that I put above. I'm a little lost

@delfyr can you post some images of the driver boards? I wonder if you can separate the left/right side and see if and what works. If those images would pop up by themselves it would be a main board issue.
