Do the headphones indicate that the battery is charging when the charger is connected?
Have you tried resetting the headphones to see it it works after doing this?
Press the Power button and the NC button simultaneously during charging. The headset will be reset. Pairing information is not deleted.
To charge the headset after resetting, disconnect and reconnect the micro-USB cable.
