Can't display on laptop screen but display on external monitor

Can't display on laptop screen but display on external monitor

I recently replace the keyboard but the it won't display on the laptop screen it only display on external monitor everything works well just the display.

Is the HP logo seen on the laptop screen, when you first start the laptop?

Can you get into BIOS with a display OK on the laptop screen, when you first start the laptop?

Try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the laptop screen and check if you can detect any images at all. They will be very faint if they are there so trying this in a darkened room may help.
