iPhone 8 Plus Power Button Doesn't Work After Battery Replacement.

Just replaced the battery using an ifixi it kit and now the power button doesn't work. Other than that, everything else is fine. Even battery health shows up in settings.

I did break the taptic engine cable and replaced the whole thing but we won't talk about that!

I was cleaning the rails with isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the glue residue from the old gasget before installing the new gasget so I'm wondering if it's possible I damaged the button with alcohol?
