Head driver's side

I have a 2006 4.6 l v 8. I had a sparkplug break on me and I bought a puller. The puller pulled the plug but left the threaded end in the head. This is on the driver's side

Can I pull the head and reinstall it without having to mess with the cam as it's a single over head cam. As it would make my job a lot easier. Thank you

@miner64 I am confused by that. Each one of your cylinder heads will have a single cam running on top off the head. Just remove your valve cover and you will see that there is a cam. One per side. Something like this
