Yared, is this a new problem? Was it able to connect before? If so, what changed? Did the phone experience and changes or damage such as being dropped or exposed to water? What's the history of this phone, has it been yours since it was new or did you just get it?

To add to Jerry's list of questions, did you check to see if there's a Wi-Fi address in settings? If it says N/A there might be a board level problem.
