The phone doesn't turn on at all but there is vibration

@hanilezim you are not telling us when and what is „vibration and flashing“. This would be expected behaviour for a failed LCD. I suggest that you replace the LCD and then re-evaluate.

Replacement screens are available at plenty of online stores. Just make sure you purchase from a reliable vendor and for the exact version of your phone

Since iFixit does not yet ha v guide for that, use a video like that for your repair.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
