In the Multimeter AC & DC 200 volt not working properly

Your multimeter is actually a very simple device. The different functions are implemented by using a series of connectors on the dial that make or break circuit connections on the printed circuit board. Chances are good that you've just got a bit of dirt or corrosion on some of the circuit traces and cleaning may well fix the problem.

Here are the contacts on the dial itself.

And here are the traces on the circuit board where those contacts make connection.

Now take an ordinary pencil eraser and go over those circuit traces on the circuit board and make sure they're all nice and shiny. If there's corrosion, remove it with some fine sandpaper. Give the contacts on the dial a light brush with some sandpaper, reassemble and see if that solves your problem.
