Purchased NUC - then Couldn't Get it to Start/Work

I purchased it about a couple of years ago. I never succeeded in getting to see the display of the operating system on any monitor. It might have booted, but I am not sure. I would like to send it off through the mail to some place that can make it work. (The picture I provided displays the wrong model).
