A 14 year old laptop, with an unknown proper release date. It is similar to the Acer Aspire One.

Why won't my gateway Laptop turn on?

So I've had this laptop for a while. When I first got it, it worked fine. Then it just stopped working, and it flickered the power button. I fixed it (sorta) but now it just doesn't wanna turn on, no matter what I've tried. I can't seem to find a motherboard for it, and it's too much for a new one.

@josephwessidor "I fixed it (sorta)" how? What did you end up doing for it?

@josephwessidor Let's start off with the simple things :-) First you want to check your power supply. Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check the DC-in jack of your laptop. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. After that you need to check and see if your motherboard even gets power. For that of course, you need to open it up. Post Some good pictures of what you see. That way we can see what you see Adding images to an existing question
