Top Case v3 (922-8265) on MacBook 1,1 is that possible?

I saw this Macbook part. I own a Macbook, the 2006 model, Macbook Core Duo A1181 (last 4 # of serial are: RVMN).

I saw this top case: however, a "techie" told me that the cable is different, and it won't fit on my Logic Board, because while my original topcase had a single connector, this one should have a cable with two ribbons.

Would the 922-8265 Top Case be fine on my old laptop? Eventually, may I transplant the cable from my old top case to the new one?

The part number you gave is for a black topcase. I have not seen this one with two cables, maybe your techie friend has been smoking something that makes him see double.

So I'll get a 922-8265 as soon as I manage to get one. I took the black topcase number because... my 1,1 Macbook is black.
