Heys just wanna know what's the problem with this laptop , this laptop can't be restarted or shutdown stucked on type your password and the power button wont show the sleep , shutdown and restart. i can click the power button but it wont work the keyboard also wont work. and its not even lagging or hang.

1 . disconnect from the power source.
2. Remove the battery and leave it for 5 minutes.
