It is completely dead and I can't get it to charge

I have a Lenovo Yoga Laptop and it is completely dead and I can't get it to charge. I try to charge it and the orange light will flash. It will not charge. So it looks like I am experiencing some of the same issues.

Maybe Lenovo should be notified. My laptop is just about 3 years old. This is very frustrating . My charger will charge my cell phone though so it really concerns me.

Please verify the model number of the laptop?

The model number can be found on the product info label on the bottom of the laptop.

The charger used for a Lenovo Yoga 710-14IKB laptop as selected by you in your question, will not plug into a mobile phone
