1 My phone network didn't do properly
When I'm at home it works fine, when I change another palce it says emergency calls only and noservice and it works for a few minutes at the same place.

Your issue may be due to WiFi calling being turned off on your phone. Your phone will show that it is connected to a WiFi network but it will not allow for calls to be made when not connected to your service network.
Turn on Wi-Fi calling
Open the Phone app .
Tap More. Settings.
Tap Calls.
Tap Wi-Fi calling. If you don't see this option, it's because your carrier doesn't support this feature. You can use Wi-Fi calling without a service on some carriers.
