So I accidentally had it in the washer a while ago about a year I think. Itll turn on if I have it plugged in but once I take it off the charger even when it shows full charged battery it immediately turns off. I can use it as long as its plugged in.

@hannaharellano this sounds like either a bad battery (don't always believe what the software tells you) or corrosion from the washer incident. I'd start off by replacing the battery.You selected the m300 Sansa Clip. Let us know if that is right.
The real issue here is that there are no guides, and no videos that I can find. There is a link to an archived webpage that will be of help to you. It can be done. You got this!

While you work on your Sansa, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
