Why is my Flash Forge Creator Pro Dropping Temp While Printing?

My Flash Forge Creator Pro has started dropping the temp mid-print. I've tried both heads and it drops rapidly around the same time after the print is started. I've tried different print files and I see nothing wrong with them. It will heat up correctly while loading/unloading filament. When it begins the print everything is normal and it prints as it should until a certain time and then the temperature drops rapidly. I haven't been able to sort out why it's dropping 4 minutes into the print (not sure on the time, but it's about the same every single time). Is this a circuit board issue? It's almost like something is shutting it off because it's too hot, but I've gotten no error messages.
