Won't turn on or charge

What have you tried so far? Have you verified that your charger is working, either by measuring the output voltage or checking that it works with another device? How about the cable; same thing - tried a different one or tried it on something else?

What does the charging display show when it's plugged in? Any indication that it's getting power at all?

Get yourself a magnifying glass and a bright light and peek inside the charging port. You're looking for any kind of dirt or debris inside the port that could be keeping the cord from plugging in completely. Also look for bent or broken pins inside the connector; if you see any bent ones you can sometimes straighten them with fine tip tweezers, but broken pins would mean the USB jack itself would need to be replaced.

Go through the things I've listed and let us know what you've tried and what you find then we can figure out what to do next.
