Check for loose wiring connections on the door switch and also the control board.
Here's a wiring diagram that may help.
I realize that it is not your model but hopefully it will be close enough to be of some help.
The control board gets its power through the transformer on the board and the thermal fuse just stops operation not power to the control board.
The lamp is wired directly to the power and lights through the door switch so it looks like a loose connection somewhere from the input to either the lamp, door switch or control board depending on which way the wires were run as wiring diagrams never show which is the first point of connection if there's more than one wire connected to the same place.

Does the light in the dryer work OK but just not the control board?

No dryer light won't come on either acts like it's getting no power anywhere. I've flipped breakers back and forth and left them off for a while and flip back still won't work. Haven't tested thermal fuse but will tomorrow disconnected every wire and reconnected no luck
